Is the trimmer only suitable for the groin area?

Since our trimmer is designed for sensitive areas you can rely on it to be used on other parts of your body, such as your beard or chest. If you use it on your beard, make sure to ask if your partner used it that morning on their privates.
Can women use it?

Of course! Even though we advertise for men, ladies can use it too!
Which items can I expect to receive when ordering the trimmer?

Your trimmer comes in a blue sleek box, paired with an instructional manual, a usb charger lead, 3/4mm and 5/6mm guards and a cleaning brush.
Is the trimmer waterproof?

The BALLS Trimmer is protected by a black matte shock-resistant casing which makes it waterproof and ideal for wet and dry shaving.
How long does the battery last?

Our battery lasts between 35-45 minutes of continuous use to ensure you won’t miss any hairy spots.
How should I charge the trimmer?

We recommend charging your BALLS trimmer on a power source under 5v and not for more than 3-4 hours to extend your device’s life span.

Does the product have a warranty?

Your BALLS Trimmer is covered by a one-year warranty so you can count on us to help you out if anything goes wrong within that time frame!
If not satisfied, how long do I have to return the trimmer?

We’re sure that you’re gonna love it, but if at any point within the thirty-days after receiving the trimmer you feel like it didn’t meet your expectations, you can return it to us! For more information see our return policy.

Can I change my subscription’s frequency?

We offer a 3 month subscription plan that is renewed quarterly, but If a new blade every 3 months is a lot for you, we can definitely change the frequency of the subscription to 4, 5, or even 6 months instead of 3!
Can I subscribe for other items besides blades?

Absolutely. We can provide you with a subscription plan for the BALLS Lotion or Wash, or even condoms for those lucky nights!
Can I pause my subscription?

If the blades start to pile up, let us know, we will pause your subscription or change the replacements' frequency! Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy.
Why do I need to replace the blades?

We recommend changing the blades regularly since in 3 months your BALLS trimmer will cut an average of 1,300,000 hairs. YOU READ THAT RIGHT. That’s a lot of hair. This can cause the blade to gradually dull over time, increasing the risk of accidents or loud noises. Replacing your blade regularly will keep it sharp for maximum performance!

Do you ship worldwide?

As stated on the website, We are committed to trimmed balls worldwide, which means your discreet package will come with free and tracked shipping. You may be required to pay additional fees for duties and taxes based on your country code. To check additional costs, visit your country's customs office.
Is the packaging discreet?

All of our products are sent in discreet packaging which comes in a plain, unbranded bag, so no one will know you’re trying to achieve the shiniest pair of nuts in the neighborhood!
How do I track my order?

You can follow your order's progress on the route app, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any updates!
Where are we located?

Our warehouse is based in London, United Kingdom, so all of our orders depart from there for our UK Customers, and our EU Warehouse for our EU Customers. No need to worry about customs charges in the UK/EU.
